From I-75 (north or south)

At exit 387 (Newberry Road) head east toward Downtown Gainesville.  Continue on Newberry Rd. for 6 miles as it changes names to University Avenue.  Take a left at E 3rd Street.  Commerce Building on right.

From US-441 (north or south) 

Take US-441 to University Avenue.  Head east on University toward Downtown Gainesville.  Take a left at E 3rd Street.  Commerce Building on right.

From Starke/US-301

Take US-301 south for 11.7 miles until it forks at SR-24 (Waldo Road).  Bear right onto Waldo Road and continue south for 13.2 miles until University Avenue.  Take a right onto University, then a right onto E 3rd Street.  Commerce Building on right.
